He also has been an active participant on the Corps of Engineers, Human Resource Practices, Environmental Resources, Rules, Ethics, Municipal-Utilities Coordinating, Workforce Development and Naval Facilities Engineering Command committees. As AGC's president, he is an ex-officio member of all AGC committees.

He has also been an active member of many committees, including the Human Resources Practices, Environmental Resources, Workforce Development, Legislative Action, Asphalt Pavement, Sitework & Grading, Highway Bridge, Equal Business Access, Contractor Relations, Ethics, Rules, Tax & Fiscal Affairs, Transpor-tation Policy and ACEC-AGC joint committees. Victor Weston served as the Municipal & Utilities Division Chair in 1999 and has chaired the Member-ship Administrative, Public Relations and Trenchless Technology committees. He has also served on the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Contract Documents, M-U Coordinating, Contractor Relations, Workforce Development, Ethics, Rules and ACEC-AGC Joint committees.
