Samuel P. Hunter
President, AGC of America-2005
President & CEO, T. A. Loving Co., Goldsboro, N.C.
T.A. Loving Co. began offering construction services
as a multi-division contractor in 1926 and it has been
an active AGC of America member since 1933. Sam Hunter
served as chair of the Municipal & Utilities Division
in 1990 and has chaired several committees, including
the AWWA-AGC Joint, Membership Administrative and Open
Shop committees.
He also has been an active participant on the Corps
of Engineers, Human Resource Practices, Environmental
Resources, Rules, Ethics, Municipal-Utilities Coordinating,
Workforce Development and Naval Facilities Engineering
Command committees. As AGC's president, he is an ex-officio
member of all AGC committees.

Harry L. Mashburn

Mashburn Construction Co. has been providing preconstruction
and construction services with integrity since 1976.
They have been an active AGC of America member since
1977. Harry Mashburn served as chair of the Building
Division in 1999 and has chaired the Construction Marketing
and the AIA-AGC Joint Committees. He has been an active
member of many committees, including the Contractor
Relations, Open Shop, Public Relations, Contract Documents,
Ethics, Rules, Membership Admin-istrative and Project
Delivery committees. As AGC's Senior Vice President,
he is an ex officio member of all AGC committees.

Jack L. Massie Contractor, Inc. is a family-owned and
operated highway, site and utility construction company
that has been in business since 1947 and they have been
an active AGC of America member since 1985. Steve Massie
served as chair of the Highway & Transportation
Division in 1997 and has chaired the Open Shop and the
AASHTO-AGC-ARTBA Joint committees. He has also been
an active member of many committees, including the Human
Resources Practices, Environmental Resources, Workforce
Development, Legislative Action, Asphalt Pavement, Sitework
& Grading, Highway Bridge, Equal Business Access,
Contractor Relations, Ethics, Rules, Tax & Fiscal
Affairs, Transpor-tation Policy and ACEC-AGC joint committees.
As AGC's Vice President, he is an ex officio member
of all AGC Committees.

Victor F. Weston

President, Tri-State Road Boring, Inc., Baton Rouge,
La.
Tri-State Road Boring Inc. is principally a municipal/
highway contractor that was founded in 1975 and became
an active AGC of America member in 1980. Victor Weston
served as the Municipal & Utilities Division Chair
in 1999 and has chaired the Member-ship Administrative,
Public Relations and Trenchless Technology committees.
He has also served on the Federal Acquisition Regulation,
Contract Documents, M-U Coordinating, Contractor Relations,
Workforce Development, Ethics, Rules and ACEC-AGC Joint
committees. As AGC's Treasurer, Mr. Weston is an ex
officio member of all AGC committees.
